Halter Ranch Fully Organic Vineyards

All 237 acres of Estate vineyards at Halter Ranch are 100% CCOF certified organic. The vineyards feature twenty different grape varieties planted on the steepest southern-facing slopes of the property, offering ideal southern sun exposure at an elevation of up to 1,950 feet.

The certified organic Estate vineyards represent only a small portion of the entire Halter Ranch estate. The farm is committed to preserving a diverse environment and actively works to reduce the impacts of monoculture by limiting farming and building development to less than 10% of the property. The remainder of the land remains as natural landscape, including oak woodlands and migratory wildlife corridors, supporting ecological balance and biodiversity.
